The Rochester Hills Executive Park (RHEP) is a Premier Industrial/High Tech Building Park located in the heart of Rochester Hills. Located 30 miles north of Detroit, situated along the busy corridor near M-59 and I-75, RHEP offers easy highway access to the state's major urban markets and manufacturing centers, and is close to two airports. The Park is comprised of facilities ranging from 17,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet. The Rochester Hills Executive Park is run by its owners and is a premium location for thriving business. The Rochester Hills Executive Park Owners Association (RHEPOA) is dedicated to maintaining the quality standards set forth in our bylaws and facilitating communications between park owners and lessors.

About FormFab

In 1998, Norman Caetano recognized that there was a collective niche in the industry for a company to supply tube contour inspection fixtures for Tier 1 automotive suppliers. Operating out of his garage, Norm founded FormFab to meet the demand for small specialized design and prototype projects. His hand craftsmanship and ability to exceed customer expectations lead to more referrals and a need for expansion beyond fixtures.

A new facility and extra staffing allowed FormFab to start supplying developmental prototypes and short-run production. The facility grew to 9,000 square feet and added a full range of design and fabrication capabilities. The FormFab formula for success included constant innovation, precise work flow processes and a commitment to quality as evidenced by our ISO/TS 16949:2009 Certification. Today, FormFab operates out of a state-of-the-art 16,000 square foot facility with a multi-faceted team of experienced tube fabrication professionals.
